AnnaBelle Sick Again

No worries, but I am writing this from St. Mary's Hospital. AnnaBelle has the stomach bug since 3am Sunday and is still throwing up. She was admitted (or sent to Duluth) because she needed an IV for dehydration. The latest update is that she is still putting out more fluids through urine and throwing up then they are putting in. They lowered her IV so there isn't as much going on (in case its flushing through her). They also gave her some drug ??? for nausea. She is finally taking a nap, she has been moving around and being AnnaBelle this morning. She was trying to climb on everything and pushing buttons (oops). Rhonda and Chuck are doing daycare (!!!!), they've only called a few times for little stuff. They have 8 kids. Oh yeah and it's a snow storm outside. Happy April. So there is the update, she is doing fine and getting the care she needs. I have plenty of time now during nap time to take my quizzes and start on the next speech and my final English Paper. Finally an Update! A long one!

I look at this blog everyday and think of all the things that are going on that I want the few people that follow it to read. I post some of the info on FB but not nearly enough! So this might be a long one to read, but we have done so much since Jan.! First off is that I am feeling way better on my diet without all my allergens. For a short recap I have completely cut out; corn, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and green beans because of the car issue and hives/itchy-tingly skin. I am still on low acid so most fruits are out. I still eat lots of foods, they just don't usually come out of a package, which is not a bad thing! I have been making more meals from scratch, even though I did that anyway. I can't wait for spring to plant our garden! The best thing about this is that I am better! Not all the way, but at least half-way better. I get less headaches and drowsiness in the car and my throat doesn't hurt anymore. I know immediately when I am hitting something becau...

March 10 and 11 we went up to Hungry Jack Lodge for the Mush for a Cure dog sled race. Tons of fun, we'll do it again next year. On Sat we snowmobiled from Hungry Jack to Gunflint Lake to see the start of the race then rode from there to Poplar Lake and Trail Center for the acitvities. It was about 50 degrees. Anyway, I was riding with nephew Carter, Grandpa had RaeAnne, and Gid had AnnaBelle and Geneivieve. They both fell asleep. No it is not the first time. On Sunday we played on Hungry Jack Lake and rode the girls "Kitty Cat." Gid also pulled them on the sled we have. Tons of fun for everyone. Genevieve also got to "drive" our SRX 700 with me in the back. Okay too scary. Definately not going to be the one to teach that kid how to drive. Her need for speed is a bit recklace. But we knew that from skiing.
